The Bissolotti family opened Osteria del Treno in 1989 with a clear mission: to bring new life to a place rich in history, a venue that embodies two souls — the traditional osteria and an evocative Liberty Hall, a unique space for events and special evenings.

At Osteria del Treno, there are dishes that are simply a “must”… and others that change with the rhythm of the seasons.
On one side are our great classics, dishes that tell the story of Osteria and of Milanese cuisine: risottos and homemade stuffed pasta, authentic recipes prepared the traditional way, with unmistakable flavors. Then there is seasonality, which always brings something new to the table, such as Cassoeula in winter and asparagus risotto in spring.
